As an unknown author, it is difficult to find a publisher who wants to print our book. The Books on Demand publishers sometimes charge horrendous sums and do nothing more for the author than placing his book on Amazon.
What is the use of placing the book in the VLB (directory of available books) if you know neither the author nor the title? Or if you first have to buy a large number of books yourself before you see a cent for your work?
We are a small company and not perfect yet. But we make books available for the author and payable for the reader. As an author, you receive 20% of the net proceeds from the 1st book that you sell as an e-book and paperback in stores, for example on Amazon and in Switzerland at Exlibris and Orellfüssli, and others.

If your story interests us, we'll email you to send us the whole book.
If we still like it, you'll get a publishing deal. This contract is then binding.
You implement the suggested corrections and suggestions and send us back the corrected book for publication.

After that you will soon be able to hold your finished book in your hands.
You will not receive a 20% author's margin for self-sales books, but you will receive a 20% discount on the sales price.
Your book will be listed in the VLB and made available in every bookstore via our mailing list.
Your author portrait will be included on our homepage, your book will be listed in our new publications directory as well as in the books directory.
